All lay always will be set up with regular monthly payments of up to a max of 4 months.  First rent is due at signing

There is a onetime $20.00 lay away charge to cover storage, office paperwork and other fees.  This is a non-refundable charge.

FIRST MONTH'S PAYMENT AND THE LAY AWAY CHARGE ARE DUE AT SIGNING.

Payments are figured on the net price, multiplied by the total months chosen by the customer.

Mattress remains the property of Nelton's FDM and shall remain at the shop until fully paid for.
